BOOKING PRICES:

MAIN BALLROOM + GARDEN

Friday: $1,500 rental fee

Saturday: $1,800 rental fee

(Please inquire about the permitted time frame)

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: $800 rental fee

(The time duration to be arranged by club)

Wednesday & Sunday: Not available

The Woman's Club requests the following deposit at the time of booking to secure the requested date:

$750 damage fee, to be refunded if there is no damage

$200 cleaning fee, non-refundable

The price for the event includes usage of tables and chairs, with the renter making arrangements for their own set-up and break-down. Special Event Liability insurance is required, and you will need to purchase this separately. THESE ITEMS ARE NOT PROVIDED BY THE WOMANS CLUB: CATERING, LINENS, FLOWERS (renter must provide their own). For additional information on any of the above, this will be explained upon booking.

Deposits are refundable within 40 days prior to the event.

NOTE: The Clubhouse is located in a residential neighborhood, and renters are expected to conduct the event with a respectful noise level, and abide by the closing rules. Activities are to end no later than the scheduled end time of the event or 10:00 pm, whichever is earlier. • All festivities including amplified music must conclude NO LATER THAN 10:00 pm. • The building must be vacated no later than thirty (30) minutes following the scheduled end time of the event or 10:30 pm., whichever is earlier.

NOTICE: The Woman's Club uses motion-activated Blink security cameras to monitor our property for safety, security, and to ensure renters and employees/contractors are complying with contract rules. We have two cameras inside the building (one at the front door, and one in the ballroom) and we have four cameras outside (parking lot, trashcans, garden and front door). We respect privacy and have turned off the audio function of our cameras. Content captured by our cameras is viewed by board members for security or contract compliance, or if needed, by law enforcement or insurance companies to investigate possible accidents or criminal activity.
